To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone Jar's total liability for any claim related to GetDLC is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. In no event is Stone Jar liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
